    As this is a new computer with a new IP number you may need to reboot your computer if you get errors on Saturday in order for it to clear it's cache of the old IP number. If you experience any other problems then technical support will be available from 11AM to 7PM, and if you get a recording then please understand that they are busy with other customers and leave your name and number and they will call you back as soon as possible.
